Haven't got anything specific but it definitely sounds like a fun idea!

I can see a messy battleship game with filled balloons suspended in a grid-like configuration above contestants who guess the location of each balloon. If the guess is correct pop goes the balloon with a pin prick. They could be filled with wet or dry ingredients. It would be a lot of work to put it together but in the mind's eye it's fascinating.

Use a balloon or a Condom secured at the end of a plastic/rubber-tube (Use cable strip or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constrictor_knot) I like clear plastic tubes as you see what is going down, after that place the inflatable object in the panties may guide the tube between the buttocks or let it escape at the front so the filling is visible to the "victim".
