I was going for advice on her to make mess filled balloons especially with shaving cream and whip cream but just how to make any type would be greatly appreciated.
I tend to use 2L fizzy pop bottles. Just funnel in the substance, put a balloon over the top, and squeeze the substance into the balloon. The great thing is its inexpensive and easy to clean. I usually have to hold the balloons on whilst filling though, otherwise they just fill so far and spurt everywhere.

Yep! Exactly the same here. Pretty easy to do but defo hold the balloon onto the pop bottle as you squeeze it in.
