I was born with a significant hearing impairment, and while this can be corrected with hearing aids, I cannot wear the hearing aids 'in bed' (because if I'm actually sleeping, they will come out of my ears as I rub on the pillow and become lost, and if I'm 'in bed' with a girl, as this guy is, sweat and other fluids will damage the hearing-aids)
