Hi All! I wanted to share that I never expected to find so many phenomenal folk just like me on here! WAM is our mutual connection, but over the last 3 years [I joined when EVERYTHING was shut down in 20"], I found deeper connections with folks across the globe!
Meet ups have been more than just WAM, and in some cases, we never did anything WAM related. I had great conversations about our sobriety journeys, our relationships past and present, our educational backgrounds, travel, food, etc.
I found my tribe. My chosen family. People who respect, love and aren't judgmental.
Grateful for you posting this message. Yes, this website is awesome and there are so many awesome people on this website. "No judgement zone." I thought for years I was a freak too.
