Well, I didn't see it until a few hours ago, and the unexpected thing was, there are two decent messy scenes in the movie. In mainstream terms of course... First Jessica Rothe, the lead, got caked in the face (she's watching the scene in her phone, from an old bday of her). In other scene Jessica dump chocolate milk over a girl's head. The girl in question is Rachel Matthews, another cutie. Here are some caps, and a behind the scenes clip with the chocolate scene at 2:50. Also, the movie is dumb fun, and only 90 minutes.
Just saw "Raw" some kind of French horror movie. Girl gets bucket of blue paint full in the face. Then she goes with yellow guy into closet and told not to come out until they are green.

Raw is a horror film that had good reviews from UK critics. I've not seen it but it may be a rare example of good film that also has a good WAM scene. The paint scene continues in this youtube clip and there is at least one other scene with what looks like fake blood:
