I apologize if this is not the right place, but I am looking to produce my own female WAM content for sale in the future, however, I am looking for a sample Model Release form/contract that will cover the fact the models are over 18 and that they are not being forced to perform. These models are not located in US in or will be producing within US so a 2257 form doesn't really apply. Does any existing producers our there can point me in the right direction? The one from UMD is actually pretty good. I modified it for my needs and I also drafted a separate payment contract. Get photo ID scans and keep good records!
Thank you all! This is all helpful. These models are located overseas and I won't be producing with them directly just assisting with the whole operation. Do any of you change the releases to include specific content or just generic for everything?
