The tube was used to take advantage of engulfing her head and allowing her to breath. Also, it added to the humiliation factor in the story line of the shoot.
Jacy's cute but she sure seems to spend her shoots glued to a chair (and sadly not glued in the wam sense) .... which is a shame, because based on the brief glimpse you get in her "initiation" video, she has a great ass.
