Just wanted to publicly give a big thanks to http://www.anglefan.com/ for helping me recover my lost videos.

A few months ago my hard drive failed containing many many Anglefan videos. So i reached out to Ken regarding this issue and he helped me to re-download every video i had lost in the crash. He went completely out of his way to send me all the videos i had bought again. I hope other wam producers would do the same if this happened to one of their customers

And yes i will DEFINITELY be backing up videos this time haha.

FYI, since Ken is on Mothership, Soundguy can actually recover ALL your videos much easier if you (or Ken) let him know.... It would probably save a lot of time if you're looking to recover more than 5-6.

Nah, it's too easy.

This happens so often (like once or twice a week) I recently added a reminder at the bottom of every Mothership/Vidown notification email. It reads:

"Thousands of hard drives fail every day. Yours could be next. Always make at least one backup copy of your purchases on an external drive or device"

Thank you SO much for the kind words. You're very welcome. Since 2007, I've used multiple drives for backup of backups.
