It looks like the Amazing Race had a pie throwing challenge last episode. The coverage doesn't seem anywhere near as good as the last time they had a cake throwing challenge, but might be worth checking out.

Watched it, the scenes weren't all that great - my favorite would be when the two blondes had their turn, they were laughing hysterically throughout and their hair got decently covered (though their faces stayed clean)...
