I don't mean to offend, but it's kind of a drag when roughly half of the sales-pitch is spent complaining about poor sales. I'm sure it's very frustrating when ideas or models don't click when it feels like they should. However it seems to be a frequent refrain lately. Personally, as a prospective customer, it doesn't encourage me to buy.
Haha, point taken. Sometimes I get exhausted by the constant hard sell from most producers around here (including myself), so I try to change it up. And since Jess' inability to connect with the WAM audience has been a running source of amusement among my customers, I figured it was fair game to mention it in passing. (And also explain why these scenes are half the price of the Morgan ones from a week back.)
Anyway, I'll probably refrain from any mention of customer support in the future. (Unless it's "Customers LOOOOOVE Model X!") I do hope you're start supporting our work again. Despite the poor sales pitch, I think you'd like Jess the same way you used to like Brin.
