I was just wondering if anyone here has any relevant experience and can advise please. If have a 500ml bottle of Nuru Gel which was bought pre-mixed and is still "factory sealed" but is past its use by date, can it still be safely / reliably used (ie no dodgy texture / colour or bad smells)?
I've never used Nuru Gel before, and obviously with the impending global price hikes & energy crisis, I'd rather not unnecessarily waste money replacing if it isn't necessary.

So going on my high-school science and biology classes it depends how far past the expiration date it is . If it was powdered I wouldn't worry as much but since it is mixed I would say check for a odor because once the airtight seal is broken it can be easy for bacteria to grow
