But let's unpack this for a minute: the company markets these adult ones as not being about positions (a la kama sutra) but about connection -- These experiences will provide a deeper connection with your mate.
But if we assume people are of average creativity, the stuff in these books isn't wildly difficult to dream up, right?

It feels like the POINT and the benefit is being given permission (by a non-judgmental third party) to do something silly/creative/unusual without feelings of self-consciousness/embarrassment/guilt/shame attached, right?
If this book says we can play body paint Twister, I don't have to feel like an idiot when I suggest that our grown-ass selves play Twister on Friday night?
It puts both members of the couple on equal footing and gives them a challenge to face down together. Making memories. And maybe making a mess? That's kind of cool.
That's a slightly different take than most of the amateur couples content we see on the UMD, where there's usually one person who's not that into it, but is gamely indulging the whims of their lover because that's what a good lover does.
The idea of a couple discovering WAM together for the first time when neither had that fetish/interest inherently is strange and interesting. And I'm 100% behind encouraging PLAY at every level of a relationship.
