There's a YouTube channel called PopArena that has a playlist of documentaries on the history of Nickelodeon shows and the behind the scenes in the company.
This is fantastic. I binged the whole series up to their latest episode this past week, and it's great stuff. Obviously seeing behind the curtain of the shows that gave me my fetish is fun, but I think what I find most fascinating is what happened on the corporate level, with changing technologies and leadership. It reminds me a lot of the history of Silicon Valley and startup culture, and how innovative companies become that way because of an open, laid back culture that fosters creativity (only to inevitably become more corporate and buttoned up once they are successful).
