From a show called mi corazon es tuyo. As I have gathered from my 10 seconds of investigation, the gal in question is a gold digger who tries to steal the hero character ( a stripper/nanny with a heart of gold)s billionaire boyfriend. Then apparently she talks some trash to the camera, gets some balls thrown at her, which really pisses her off. She gets up in the cameras grill, and bam! Pied!!!

Thanks, Meathook! The YouTube search on your phrases turns up another couple of nice scenes, but they too unfortunately have kids in the clips. There is a nice green slime scene under "Mi Corazon Es Tuyo - La mejor travesura".
