I love low budget horror movies and Amazon Prime is full of them. Most are 90 minutes and pretty lousy, but fun anyway.
This morning I watched one called Crawl to Me Darling. It's a DEAD SERIOUS movie about a girl kidnapped and brainwashed by a very disturbed man. The first half of the movie, this girl is tortured the whole time. And yet.......somehow this movie ends with a playful cake fight between the torturer and TWO attractive women.
Talk about coming out of left field!!!!
It must be said, the guy gets the most of it, but the women get cake in their face too, so I thought I'd mention it here.
I mean..... I couldn't believe what I was watching!
Funy thing - I was going to say the same thing about Tubi, Fox's free movie service. Be warned, though - sometimes you have to wade through a lot of shitty, shitty movie work to get to the cream.
