Not specific about the gender of the 'torturer', as long as they are evil and inventive! I've no idea if this is something I could find in the Uk (Oxfordshire/Hampshire based), but it's gotta be worth a try!

Sorry I can't help but the idea intrigues me. You want something that degrades and humiliates you. The problem I can see is finding something that does that. Really the only way would be to ask you for some ideas but then would you give truly honest answers or would you secretly try to steer the responses to things you sort of like. One for the head shrinks maybe.
If I had no other information I would probably go with dressing you up in a full set of female clothes which I have made you go and buy in the shops. Then take you out for a walk dressed up before tying you up at the side of the road and covering you in gross old food and old milk. Once you had stood rotting for an hour or so I would then cut your clothes off and give you a blunt knife to try and release yourself.
But, as I said before, this might be something that turns you on.
