Starting with Love Island France, in the recent 2nd season of the show, the "kiss, marry, pie" game was in episode 11 (from 5 May 2023). There were few good hits, but nothing extra amazing.
The pied women were: Perle Romero (short red hair), Anna Babask, Camille Blum, Perrine Fenty, Cindy Miranda
and men: Edgar Ulrich, Issam Moussa, Simone Margagliotti, Simon Feraud and Serguei Reznik.

Then, in episode 26 (from 23 May 2023), the couples compete in some wedding-themed challenges and have a wild food fight at the end. Not very messy, just a little bit.

As for 2023 (the 3rd season) Love Island Quebec (offially called "L'ile de l'amour"), there was only one messy challenge in episode 26, where the couples have to pass through a wedding-themed obstacle course and pick small groom/bride models out of cakes, using only their mouth.

The couples were: Lorie Boucher & Hugo Brochu, Enya Jaime & Kevin Gagnon, Skye Zaiah & Raphael Tremblay, Bianka Daoust & Cedric Peters, Mahyka Lapalme & Gabriele Lacampo.
