Well, its hard for me to believe but it is ten years since www.hotwamhd.com started releasing videos. I had no idea back then whether anyone would be interested in my style of WAM productions, but it turns out that many of you have liked what I do enough to spend your money on my clips, for which I am extremely grateful. But that's not all folks I thought some of you might be interested in a history of the site, with some behind the scenes chatter that gives an idea of what it's been like steering this ship for so long. I plan to add new comments to this thread over the course of the month that gives a Brief History of Hotwam (sorry Prof H, and RIP!) As a further reward for reading my boring anecdotes, I will be giving away free clips as prizes.

So, when did it all begin? My first shoot was done in 2006 (i know, I know, I can add up I promise) with the glorious Sammie B. Sammie was at the height of her WAM stardom back then, working for Gungegirls and many other sites. I booked her thinking that at least one person on set should know what they were doing. She was great to work with, a total professional and very funny, and she taught me a lot about the best ways to pour custard all over a beautiful woman. I felt like a total fraud, with my pretend camera and the ropey studio I'd found via google (which was to become HotWamHQ for about another eight years!) but the shoot went smoothly and the three clips I shot are solid gold!

A year later, I still hadn't got around to editing or releasing Sammie's clips (this will become a recurring theme!) but I managed to organise shoot number two. I found this stunning Ukrainian glamour model on one of the modelling portfolio sites, I figured I had about a 1% chance that she was interested in getting covered in slop but sent her a message anyway. A month later, she turns up looking every bit as spectacular as she did in her portfolio photos, and let me pour all manner of food over her for the full day. It was Katya's first and only messy shoot, but my word she made it count! (Fun fact, her boyfriend dropped her off and had a ten minute giggling fit when he saw the sheer amount of food I had prepared for her scenes.) I only have two of her four scenes online at the moment in the time machine store, I must get round to remastering the other two!

Fast forward to early 2008, and I managed to book a third shoot, this time with Lorna. At that time she had featured on a website called wamgirlz and IMHO was one of the hottest models I'd ever seen It took a bit of detective work to track her down, and due to the travel distances involved I think it took three attempts before I actually got to work with her. She was brilliant though, and I booked her many times over the coming years. Lorna had a beautiful natural figure, and genuinely loved getting messy. It wasn't a fetish for her, but she found it really fun and enjoyable which shines through in her work. (With the possible exception of the freezing cold torture WAM video I shot as a custom for someone!) I will always remember Rihanna coming on the studio sound system, and Lorna bumping and grinding to it whilst naked and covered in treacle. What a glorious sight!

So, having recorded a variety of material, I actually managed to get my head down and prepare some clips for release. If anyone ever tells you they enjoy editing video, they are LYING. I still hate it now but I have got quicker at it. I am a total perfectionist, and spend ages choosing the best angles, getting the cuts frame-perfect, etc. Despite the hours I spent on it my early efforts are pretty rough (which is why I have them in a separate store) but I'm still proud of what I achieved with cheap gear and no training. March 2008 saw the grand opening of hotwamhd, and I sold eight clips in that first month! My aim of releasing a new clip every week soon proved a little optimistic, but the sales kept trickling in and paid enough to fund my next shoots.

It's great to go down memory lane I can remember seeing Sammie's pictures for the first time and was blown away then and still to this day relish in a new release from you, you've gone from strength to strength and then some like adding in the gunge machine as well as getting some of the most beautiful models to take bucketfuls of slop repeatedly and that's why your stuff is up there with the greats 10 out 10 stuff.

You first came to my attention when you started doing the messy bath series, and the one with Lorna is one of my favourite scenes. I love Lorna too, so pretty and girl-next-door and not afraid to be obliterated with slop

So, the story continues. I mentioned that I had been able to track down Lorna, her first shoot went so well that I decided to get her back almost straight away. During the first shoot I asked if she was willing to consider doing a g/g kissing shoot. Lorna was totally fine with this, as long as she got to pick a hot model that she fancied to be the other half of the duo . After a bit of back and forth, we agreed that Amber would be a great choice, so the date was set.

Well, this Lorna and Amber shoot was a bit of a disaster to be honest. All of the ingredients were there for some fantastic results, but Lorna managed to get lost on the way to the studio so didn't arrive until lunchtime, and then after shooting two scenes my camera decided to go on strike. We shot two brilliant clips, with loads of kissing and the girls were totally into each other, but it still frustrates me now that i should have been so much better! Amber was new to messy shoots but was starting to get comfortable with the idea when we had to call an early halt. I also shot a solo clip of Amber getting covered in porridge, but it was never released and I think that may have been lost forever now.

Next up was Danielle Maye, who was still going by the name of Ashlea back then. She was pretty popular, but not yet the international adult star that she is today. You could see straightaway that she had a great future ahead of her; totally professional in front of the camera, really fun and relaxed between takes, and totally committed to getting great footage. Back then she had spectacular natural boobs as well! I shot my first extreme gunge bath with Danielle and she took it all in good spirits - she was more concerned about how we were going to get the bath clean than she was about getting all those gallons of goop off herself!

Roll on 2010, and although I was making a steady amount of sales I had to be really careful not to overstretch myself - shoots are really expensive and editing takes me so long that it was taking a long while for each one to delvier payback. However, the "what might have been" of the Lorna and Amber shoot was still bugging me, so I booked the glorious Tia to pair up with her. Tia was a German student living in London and was a real stunner with spectacular red hair. She was another WAM newbie, so we did a couple of good scenes with Lorna teaching her about how to get messy. All of the organsiation worked out great, everyone showed up on time and we shot five or six scenes, including some extremely hot kissing with these two beauties really going for it.

The final part of this installment is my shoot with Kimmi. She was a lovely looking model with some great portfolio shots. I made it very clear what was expected of her on the day "you will need to be comfortable getting your face and hair extremely messy" but she was, I'm sorry to say, a gunge-dodger. She clearly wasn't cool with the idea of getting her face messy, and threatened to sue me if any of the stuff damaged her hair extensions. My calm diplomacy carried the day though, and we did manage to get her properly messy in a couple of scenes. I also have some unreleased stuff somewhere which I didn't think was good enough to put on the site, but I suppose it might of interest to dedicated Kimmi fans. Like I said she was great-looking!

Some clips from each of these shoots are available in the Time Machine store, but I need to get around to remastering the rest of them and uploading them. I have the raw footage from a few of them so I'd like to re-edit as well but, as ever, I never get the time!

Well, full marks to those that guessed, it is indeed the lovely Lane! Right, it summer 2012 and we are now into what I grandly call the Second Age of HotWamHD. The owner of the studio I was using offered to film for me using his DSLR, which gave an immediate and dramatic improvement in picture quality. We were now able to shoot in Full 1080P HD, which is still our most popular download resolution even though we have entered the 4K era. The first model to be filmed in such clarity was the delightful Penny Lee. She is still a big part of the WAM scene now, working with many producers across the UK. I think my first shoot with her was one of her earliest WAM shoots, but she absolutely nailed it. Sexy looks to the camera, knock out natural figure, and happy to get totally covered in all sorts of muck!

Next up was Messy Jessie. A lot has been said about her lately, I didn't comment at the time and won't do so now, but when she worked with me she was a delight. Her scenes are some of my most popular of all time, and it's easy to see why. Some models have got close, but no one has ever quite matched her fearless embrace of the messiest ideas I could come up with. For evidence, just look at the insane treacle head-dunking she did, or the total immersion in a whole day's worth of recycled slop! I had a brilliant time working with her, and from the unprompted comments I have read from her since, she really enjoyed the day which really shows in her performances. She did much ruder and sexier stuff for me than I've seen anywhere else (without ever crossing the line into anything adult) so despite her huge amount of work over the years I think the HotWamHD Jessie clips are pretty unique.

Well there's a lot of HotWam History to get through, so here's another update. 2012 was a busy year by my standards, and we kept up the pace by getting the glorious Lorna back for a solo shoot.

I really wanted to capture her stunning performances on the new camera, and I am so glad I booked her when I did - she retired from modelling soon after this shoot , and I beleive she is now happily married to her equally gorgeous girlfriend. Anyway, although I didn't realise it was to be her final shoot for me, I'd say she went out with a bang. We started with a really intense bondage custom, featuring lots of messy feet and hard nipples, then shot a custard scene in some beautiful lingerie, a really fun Xmas special in some brightly coloured gunge, and finally Lorna's turn in the extreme gunge bath. This mess was absolutely freezing, and it's fair to say it was pushing the limits of what she would tolerate, but we had a good laugh about it afterwards when she was watching the rough cuts of the footage.

Next up was a fantastic duo shoot - Messy Jessie and Sophia Delane. And they KISSED! Over and over again! I am pretty sure this was Sophia's first messy scene, she might have done one fairly tame scene before, but Jessie certainly introduced her to proper WAM in fine style! We did a couple of scenes with a plot, which is quite rare for me, but the girls were also great actresses. The halloween scene was fun, with Sophia (looking hot in her "Elvira dress") catching Jessie trick-or-treating, but the real triumph (IMHO) was "A Messy Kissing Lesson". Sophia was the bad student who had covered some other girl in food, and Jessie was the strict headmistress who got Sophia to demonstrate exactly how bad she'd been by making her re-enact it with Jessie playing the part of the victim. Then they started snogging and the plot got forgotten about! We also shot my only double gunge bath to date, with epic amounts of treacle, custard, gunge and recycled slop. Both the girls did loads of head dunking and had a thoroughly good time doing so!

The final shoot in tonight's history lesson features another messy megastar - Lane! One of my customers followed her on twitter or something, and told me she would be in London and requested a custom. I dropped her a message via a modelling portfolio site, and to my eternal surprise she said yes! At this time Lane was at the peak of her popularity with Messygirl - MG was upset that I'd booked one of her models but in britain models work for multiple producers all the time, so it never occurred to me to ask permission first. (I think me and MG are cool now?) Anyway, she was a legend, and I was totally starstruck. I normally get on pretty well with models, I never, ever try it on with them but am always friendly, which normally makes everyone happy and relaxed. I was totally shit-scared of Lane though, I don't think she disliked me, but she was kinda fierce without ever getting angry. Maybe we didn't hit it off personally, but the result of the shoot were spectacular! We shot the feet custom that my guy had requested, plus loads of other stuff, including a great messy tights scene and some wicked hair dunking - Lane had beautiful hair and was fine with getting it trashed! Then she flew back to LA or wherever and is probably being totally awesome at whatever she is choosing to do these days.
