We all enjoy seeing a woman getting pied, but how important is the impact factor? In other words, does a slow pie-to-the-face work as well as a thrown pie striking the face and splattering?
For me, the splatter is necessary. I also love to see it in other areas, such as balloons bursting and covering the target with mess, or having a person drop hard into a pool of mess or mud puddle.
The splash and splatter is a big part of wam for me, as it's not something that can be controlled. My goal is to see a young woman play with a huge clear balloon filled with multi-colored slime until the balloon unexpectedly pops, sending the mess all over her, or all over the wall, or wherever it decides to go. The thrill is in the uncertainty, and the surprise when it does explode.
How important is the 'flying mess' element to you?
Visually I like the impact, the fall into the tank, the gunge hitting from the head or the ballistic pie...but when I am getting messy, I like it slow and drawn out to add to the tease and tension, except the pie, which I still like being 'hit' with but that is probably more slapstick.
Surprises are a lot of fun, but impact as in a pie hitting hard in the face is less important. A gently smushed pie with a helpless victim can be very hot. And if it looks like a pie in the face might hurt or is hard enough to cause damage then I find that distracting.
Pushing a big thick creamy pie slowly into the face with a good smearing or a well thrown slammer of a pie exploding everywhere...either way someone is ending up nice and messy and that works for me!
I definitely prefer there to be some force behind the pies, etc, but in the end my priority is seeing some mess. I'm not going to say no to gently smushed pies, whether I'm giving, receiving or just watching.
I don't care about the nature of the actual hits as much as the substances used. I prefer real pies any day, and I know that the splat isn't as theatrical with them, but I don't care. Fake pies are a buzzkill, used for the splat, cost or any other reason. Simply philosophical reasons.
both / all tbh, there are times when the big impact hits be it a bucket of water or a fall into water / mud etc are great but equally the slow sensual slow pour of a bucket of custard or some one getting slowly wet walking in the rain works just as well, depends what you in the mood for at the time.
same applies to taking part in wam / wetlook activites, sometimes i like it fast and instant, other times i like to take my time and enjoy what ever the sess maybe
poll needed an option for 'like both' as well as 'i dont care'
