If you can lean hard into role play it is the trickiest to do right, but the most satisfying to watch after. A forfeit game that's messy (like roulette, or trivia, or poker) works.
However, I think the most important thing is that the more mess, the better. If you want to covered in peanut butter, it looks and smells great but it's a lot of work to clean off, so might as well go hard and be totally covered! Jelly doesn't do much for me :p
Would love to see any of these options! As for another option maybe like a quiz for both of you and the winner gets a nice sweet mess and the loser gets a smelly savory mess. If you really wanted to spice it up each wrong answer gets a pie to the face. Just a little friendly competition between the two of you where both of you end up trashed.
He's super cute - why not do a body part quiz? I've played it a few times and it's really hot. One of you is asked where body parts are and you have to slime where you think they are. If you're right, you gunge the same part on the other person, if you're wrong, the other player gets to rub gunge on the correct part. Slowly get crazier and I'm sure you'll both end up naked covered in gunge head to toe
