If you wanted a version with all my directing edited out, you could've easily bought the EDITED clip... that I spent a week editing... and is the MAIN version. This is just an alternate clip for those who ENJOY seeing all the BTS footage and exchanges and setups without cuts. Sorry!

Actually I don't throw that hard (no need to break the model's nose!). It's more about accuracy. Lob it right and it absolutely covers. Also, having the tin be see-through lets you see the "explosion" better!
