For me its deep mud and or clay, jumping in or slowly getting more and more sodden with the slop, and or combination of both. Clothing wise casual clothing sometimes sports wear, shorts t shirt top etc trainers for footwear, have been into this since teens.
The voices grew, chanting noisily, humiliating to Kathy they seemed cruel as she stood there at the edge of the river, sunlight glinting from the shallow water resting over deeper mud.
