Another good fun football drill is ta roll in mud in just a jockstrap, then put on the uniform, roll in tha mud again, take off the uniform, turn it inside out, put it back on, roll in tha mud again. When I was late for practice, that's the way they'd punish the players. After I found out that, I always made sure to be late for practice...

Reminds me of when we had to take off our helmets, cleats, pads and pants off, strip to compression shorts, then had to wallow and roll on the ruined practice field, put it all back on, and made wallow and roll all over again. Like 25 pounds of mud heavier. But awesome, felt incredible in the "pig pen" they called it... Thanks again for posting.
