Simply put I'm p*ssed off and annoyed! I've tried three times to upload videos on to UMD, I've videoed with my mobile and also using a go pro and neither work! when I've asked for help, I've had replied like I use this site I use that site neither of that f*cking helps. One of my friends tried to help but deleted the video by mistake then tried to claim it was a site issue.

Have you contacted Messmaster? I had an issue recently and he sorted it for me.

If you don't set the video recording container format to mp4, you might need to download it and use editing software on your PC to export to this format. You can't go wrong with mp4 and the H.264 video codec, as they're as old as the hills and pretty much recognised by everything. 10-bit colour can also be a problem - DaVinci Resolve doesn't recognise this, so I have to use the Sony software that came with my camera to convert it to 8-bit before I can edit in Resolve. Finally, keep the framerate to between 24 and 30 fps, otherwise the files are huge and may not play when streamed. Hope this helps.

Also, you need to let the video thumbnail into the bin once you've uploaded it. This takes a while and usually involves clicking on the add video link again to see that it is now ready in your bin to be added. Finally, you need to have completed the producer sections of your profile and have got the verified user tick as far as I am aware, to keep you and any potential models safe.
