There are a lot of online resources out there that will provide information and instruction on the basics of BDSM and Post Orgasm Torture (POT). I am a male, and for me, femdom POT is the greatest turn on. It is incredibly fun and exciting. Most of the instructional info out there only covers the basics, though. This can become humdrum, leaving the more advanced POT and BDSM connoisseurs wanting.

POT sessions should be interesting and intense. One way to keep it exciting is to change it up each time, and keep the sub guessing what's going to happen and how intense it's going to be. I have always loved BDSM, and for me, the tighter and more intense, the better. Now, for us BDSM-loving subs, you are lucky if your significant other is also into BDSM and interested in taking on the dominant role. Some are willing, but their lack of interest makes it difficult for them to come up with ideas that will make it exciting and interesting for the sub. And if you have to tell your domme what to do, that takes the element of surprise away, making it much less fun and exciting.

One way to overcome this is by playing a simple game. The beginning of the game starts the same way each time: sub is bound and prepped, and then the domme picks a number and follows the instructions accompanying that number. Both parties must agree that the instructions must be carried out enthusiastically and completely. The attitude of the domme is very important. Because mine is a femdom situation, she must carry out her role energetically, enthusiastically and mischievously.

The Prep
A little mischief in advance of the POT session helps to set the mood. We have a small assortment of little slave outfits for me mostly things like leather and faux leather bikinis and thongs. I will sometimes be instructed to wear one under my clothes for the day, or to wear it to bed. Your domme significant other can also insist that you wear a blindfold to bed each night, regardless of whether she has plans for you. This is exciting and will keep the sub off balance.

When its playtime, all the sessions start out the same way. These are the must do's:

The sub must put on a cock ring. This will prolong the erection and the POT session.

The sub must be bound tightly and be completely immobile. Not to the point that your hands and feet turn blue, but just short of it. Spread eagle is a great position for this, and the legs should be spread wide enough so it's a little uncomfortable. This will provide the domme with easy access and will prevent the sub from being able to do anything about it.

The sub must be effectively gagged. This can be done at the beginning, but I find it to be more exciting after a long session of tickling and buildup, for the domme to put on my gag just before she is going to bring me to ejaculation, while telling me my fate. Effective gag technique is important. It's still possible to mouth words with a ballgag on, so taping over a balgagged mouth is a good way to silence your subject. The tied up sub can be left alone for some amount of time. If a blindfold or mask is used with earplugs, or if a sensory deprivation mask is used, the sub will truly not know what is happening, or if anyone is even in the room. If the arms and legs are left a little loose so that circulation is not inhibited, the sub can even be left tied up for long periods even all night. Just re-tighten everything before the session starts. Do not use a gag, though, if you are going to leave your sub alone, unless it's an open mouth gag. Even in more extreme setting, one must be mindful of safety and preventing choking hazards.

Here's where the domme can get even more mischevious. Once the sub is tied and gagged, but before being blindfolded, let the sub see you setting up a tripod and video camera to record the session. The sub may protest, but so what? The video will be fun to watch later.
Another fun option is to apply a little electrical stimulation. There are plenty of devices out there that apply little shocks and vibration via a butt plug and cock ring. Some have remote controls. The domme can be relaxing in the next room while the tied up sub is enjoying the torment of little shocks and pulses of varying duration and intensity. These devices can have a numbing effect that can inhibit orgasm, though, so remember to shut everything down once it's time for POT.

The Game
Now it's fun time. After all that setup, the BDSM/POT session should not be quick. A prolonged hand job accompanied by tickling of various body parts makes for a good prelude. Here's where the game comes into play. When it's getting close to orgasm, the domme will need to re-lube, as POT requires a lot of lube. At this time, the domme will look at the nearest clock and announce the last digit of the time, which will be a number between 0 and 9. The domme will then read the instructions accompanying that number, bring the sub to orgasm, and then carry out the instructions completely.

As the domme is bringing the sub to orgasm, she should always be mischievous, amused by his struggles, and happy to be of service, telling him she knows this is what he wants. Playful taunting is the icing on the cake. So, once the sub has been brought to orgasm, now it's time to focus attention on his "sweet spot", the underside of the head of his penis, which is highly sensitive. If he begins to lunge, struggle, or scream, you are doing it right. Don't be deterred. This is harmless and it's what he wants. Even when he goes limp he will still be sensitive, though it's easier for him to hide it. Be sure to proceed for at least 10 minutes. Be mischievous and enjoy tormenting him, because he really loves it.

Follow the instructions accompanying the number you chose:

0. This will be a "gentle" session, using your thumb to make small circular motions on the sweet spot of varying intensity. As he struggles, tell him what he should think about. Maybe you will get him a new slave outfit, or new BDSM furniture?

1. Gradually switch to the "spin" technique, where you clench onto his cock with one hand and spin the fingertips of your other hand across his sweet spot as if you were turning a doorknob. Tease him with fake sympathy as you become more aggressive. Tell him this is what he wanted.

2. Gradually switch from gentle circular motions on the sweet spot to very POT using any technique that will make him jump. Tell him about the kind of trouble he's in, and that you have to do this. When it looks like he is calming down, ramp it up. Find different ways to keep the POT going. Be amused by his struggles and happy to be of service.

3. Re-tighten the arms and legs so they're super tight, then quickly bring him to orgasm and beyond with the spin method (see #1, above). Tell him you will do nasty things if he doesn't cooperate. The following day, make him wear tight underwear and a butt plug. Follow through later with another play of this game.

4. Use a male masturbator, non stop through ejaculation, for as long as you can keep it on him. Be energetic and compassionate, telling him "I know you're sensitive, but I'm doing this for your own good. I need to make sure you're completely emptied. Hang in there, this will take another 10 minutes or so."

5. Rotate through POT techniques until you find the one that makes him jump the most. Be amused by torturing him the way he wants. Tell him about which of his slave outfits you like the best, and make him wear it. Keep him tied until you have chosen it. Tell him other things you want him to do, and you won't stop until he agrees to do them.

6. This one requires advance setup, where the domme has set the sub up with a butt plug and cock ring that deliver little electrical shocks. Don't turn the power on, though, until you have brought the sub to orgasm. Use a male masturbator, non stop through ejaculation. Right after ejaculation, switch on the electrical shocker while continuing with the male masturbator. Tell him that you're not going to stop, too bad for him, he's in real trouble, and that you know he enjoys this. Be aggressive.

7. Transition to a "thumbs up" session where you run your thumbs up the underside of his cock over the sweet spot. Tell him how you love to see him flail and struggle. If he shows any signs of protest, you could say, "That's why your tied up. The more you struggle, the harder I will tickle you and the longer this will take". Then do exactly that.

8. A "gentle" session, using your thumb to make small circular motions on the sweet spot. Tell him he won't be so lucky next time, but in return, he has to wear something sexy for you for the day. If he disagrees, switch over to intense POT and don't let up until he agrees. Follow through.

9. Re-tighten the arms and legs so they're super tight, then quickly bring him to orgasm with the spin method (see #1, above). Make this a short session of only a few minutes, but use the most intense POT you can muster. While he's struggling through his torture, tell him which tight underwear he is to wear that day, and tell him you will do nasty things if he doesn't cooperate.
