and they've really kept me busy. Work kinda threw me a curve ball by offering me a secondment to a Management position. Not a full manager, I don't have a team under me in terms of admin and staff development or any of that kinda stuff. Instead the evening shifts of the Branch are mine to run, along with the Branch itself on many fronts. Duty Manager, Key Holder, Customer Service Lead, disciplinary issues when they arise. It's been a lot of work and one heck of a step learning curve. Adding to that my Patreon work, it's not left much in the way of free time. Most evenings I come back and really just go straight to bed to do it all over again.

I've finally got comfortable with the rythym of it and every thing is settling down so I'm hoping to see things return to normal. So should be active on here a little more often. On the plus side, I've got a lot done on my Patreon work so you can expect to see some of that here soon enough.
