Today it was time for some exercising. I put on my triathlon suit and started warming up by running in place in my apartment. I was highly motivated as I knew a reward was waiting for me after my workout.

While I was exercising and stretching every muscle of my body my shower was heating up, too. Eventually after one hour of physical activity my body was warm and blood circulation was up to the max. It was now time for phase two...

In addition to the triathlon suit I put on a pair of knee pads. I knew that standing up would soon be a nearly impossible task so kneeling or sitting were the only true options for the next minutes. The floor and walls of the shower felt nice and warm but that isn't yet the reward. It's a freezer bag filled with 2 liters of red colored gunge, made by water and Carboxymethylcellulose. I mixed it 1:50 so the gunge was pretty liquid.

I put up the bag and inserted the open end into my suit, pointing at my crotch area. And then - I pressed on the bag. The warm mess running down between the spandex and my stomach and then accumulating in my crotch made me sough. The feeling was incredible, needless to say I got rock hard immediately. But my boner could hardly be distinguished from the massive gunge bulge my suit showed.

As I was still having some gunge in my bag I decided to now put the open end in my back and release the rest of it. I was shaken by the feeling of the warm gunge running down my back and over my buttocks. So far the suite was astonishingly good at containing the mess to its inside. I must have been completely covered from my belly to my upper thighs. It already felt incredibly great but now I decided to do some little jumps and even some squats - a sensory firework. By now I decided to slow things down a little bit so I sat down. It made a splashing noise when my filled bottom made contact with the floor and ohhh.... The feeling when the spandex fabric pressed on my soaked private parts was sooo great. I took some deep breaths and stood up again, ready for the next highlights. A big red patch remained on the floor, marking the outlines of my buttocks.

By now a lot of gunge has already left the spandex suit so it became increasingly slippery. The time for the knee pads has come. I finally spread the mess over my body with my hands until my whole body was a slippery mess. While being covered from head to toe, a lot of gunge was still bulging around on the inside of the suit.

It was now time for the finale... I opened the zipper of my trisuit and took off the upper half giving my hands full access to touch and play with everything which was still inside the suit...
