When an overconfident intergalactic bounty hunter tracks her prey to a swamp planet, she soon realizes she is in over her head, and struggling for her life in a lethal bog. Will her victim attempt to save this femme fatale Or let her be swallowed up by the swamp?

Characters:

Zed- a mysterious masked bounty hunter hired to eliminate X but not before retrieving vital information from them first. Zed is a villainous femme fatale. She enjoys playing with her prey first and has a flirtatious demeanor. She is vain, sophisticated, and perhaps overconfident in her abilities. Zed speaks in a husky, somewhat theatrical over the top female voice, much like a typical villainess.
X- a former soldier who has been in hiding and has important information. X also wants to find out who is really after them. X is noble, quiet, but secretly very dangerous. A strong silent type.

Scene 1 (Capture)

X is moving through the forest. We pan across the forest to see that Zed is hiding behind a tree. She sneaks a look at X from behind the tree. Close up on her thigh as she raises a gun from her side. We cut back to X. X hears a branch snap and turns around and Zed is there with her gun by her hip pointed at X.

Zed (seductively): You look far better than you did in the images they sent me.

Zed approaches X and places the tip of her blaster beneath X's chin. She slowly and gently runs the back of her hand and fingers along X's jawline.

Zed (slowly, her eyes taking in the features of X's face): What a waste Such a pity

Zed pats X down with her spare hand and finds nothing. Zed grabs X's arm and keeps her blaster pointed at X.

Zed (firmly): Take me to the files. I know they're somewhere in this filth.

X and Zed walk off together with Zed holding onto X's arm and holding her gun on him.

End Scene 1.




SCENE 2 (Sinking Villainess)

X has led Zed close to a patch of gooey muddy quicksand. Zed gets one of her boots stuck in the mud and groans loudly but is quickly able to pull her booted foot out of the muck.

Zed: Gross What a disgusting place

Zed lets go of X's arm and steps away. She holsters her gun for a moment and looks around.

Zed: You better not be playing games with me

X lunges for Zed's holster and her hand darts to it. She gets her hand around the gun first, but X has grabbed her wrist. The two struggle for control of the gun. X is silent during the struggle, while Zed is making a lot of sounds of frustration.

Zed: Let go of me!

X manages to wrestle the gun from Zed and releases her near the edge of the quicksand. She stumbles into the mud, sinking up to her thighs.

Zed struggles for a moment, trying to free her legs but failing and sinking a bit more. X points the gun at her.

Zed: Please Don't shoot. It was just business

X throws the blaster into the mud, and it starts to sink. Zed squirms over toward the sinking gun but it disappears into the mud, and she is now up to her waist in the mud. Zed groans in frustration and attempts to wriggle loose, but realizes she is truly sinking.

Zed attempts to regain her posture and poise and calms herself, trying to persuade X to help her she tries flirting with X.

Zed: Why don't you help a lady out. I could make it worth your while

X doesn't move and Zed continues to struggle and squirm and moan and groan in frustration. Zed manages to move her body closer to where X is squatting, but sinks further into the mud, now up to her midriff. She reaches for X.

Zed: Please The money was too good this time I'll forget all about this filthy swamp if you get me out of here.

Zed groans as she sinks deeper. She's now up to her breasts in the mud but her arms and hands are still free.

Zed: I'll do anything you want please just give me your hand!

Zed reaches for X again but X still doesn't grab her hand.

X: Tell me who hired you.

Zed goes quiet for a moment and stares at X hatefully. She is furious to be in this situation. Then suddenly she feels something move against her within the mud and shrieks.

Zed: What was that?! I felt something against my leg! Please get me out!

X: Who hired you?

Zed shrieks again. She is suddenly pulled downwards, as if something has yanked her further into the mud, she is pulled down in a way that one of her falls deeper into the mud including the arm on that side and most of the shoulder.

Zed: Urggh! Something's got me! It's pulling me in!

She now has one arm loose and most of her chest is under the mud. She reaches for X with her free hand.

Zed (desperately staring into X's eyes): Please! Urghh Save me

X grabs ahold of Z's hand. She sighs a huge breath of relief.

Zed: Thank you.. Your wish is my command.

Suddenly Zed is pulled down further by something beneath the surface of the mud. She shrieks.

Zed: Quickly! Pull me out!!

X is still holding Zed's hand, but pushes it and her arm into the mud.

Zed: What are you doing?!

X: Who sent you?!

Zed sinks even further and continues moaning, but X still has their hand around hers beneath the mud, X's arm is now fairly deep in the mud as well. Zed is up to her neck. She is tilting her head up to keep her mouth high above the mud.

X: Tell me! I can help you.

Zed sinks deeper, most of her mask is now in the mud and the back of her neck and head is submerged. Zed is panicking, struggling to get out, but she sinks even deeper.

Zed: It uhgg was a warlord called-

Zed is pulled under before she can finish naming her employer. She moans deeply as she goes under the mud and her visor descends quickly after her face goes under. There's bubbling and then silence. X pulls Z's glove out from under the mud. X has lost Z. X squeezes the glove in frustration as the mud drips from the leather.
