For less than £10 you can get some SlimeBaff of Amazon which will turn one or two baths full of warm water into slime An easy cheap way to get a little wet and messy.

So.

1: A nice little play treat from mummy or daddy

2: Have your sub take of their clothes and drop them in the slime. Then after you've finished whatever it is you want to do naked , have them redress using the slimed clothing and let the messy play begin

A few notes of caution:

It's properly slippery, its wise having a shower mat or something in the bottom of the bath if you're going to be standing up in it.
