"Are you ready then", Mari questioned as they got out of the car, her driver quick to deliver them safely to the stadium, "yes ma'am", the reply from the beaming Jane as she got out of the back, bags in hand, two pens in her hair, gleaming as she stood in the early afternoon sun, the cloud cover taking the heat away unlike yesterday, but not cold enough to need winter clothes, setting her ID tag straight, then checking her tablet for power and wifi, Mari getting her clearance to work as her aide for the day, her security ID allowing her clearance to all the closed functions and meetings, never more than two steps from her side, watching carefully from the backseat, shaking hands with dignitaries, The Chancellor of the Office of Business greeting her warmly, pointing her out from her address over lunch the day before, cheerfully telling her Mari was a hard taskmaster and to watch herself, and officially welcoming her to the event management team, Jane bemused by what he meant, Mari telling her later she was already employed under her office, just didn't know it yet.

The meetings were intense, Jane making notes of documents to be prepared or altered, appointments with various departments over this project or that, this person needing this information or that needing to be done, and she payed very close attention to details, performing her duties to the letter, not understanding some of what was said, some speakers rambling on and putting some attendees to sleep, her noticing some that had drifted off and giggling to herself about it, Mari occasionally touching her thigh with her fingertips. During one meeting the lights went out briefly part way through, her hand on Jane's thigh then pressing on her slipping her hand down between her thighs, her fingers pressing on her crotch, rubbing on her, her nails making her squirm, a touch on her arm making her blush at a very important meeting with the heads of business, Mari pushing her forward, Jane getting to show off her business skills with some very high up people in government and business, meeting some very high up officials, one of them Mari's boss, who shook her hand vigorously, welcoming her aboard as she was pushed forward to greet him.

Her meetings completed, Mari took Jane for a feed at the all day VIP tent, servings of fresh roast and just about anything you could ask for, with no expense spared on table service. Mari took a bottle of chilled Rose' to their table, and introduced her to the group they ended up meeting with, all executives from the department of high office, Jane getting to meet with two other pa's and chat with them briefly exchanging business cards and shaking hands as they said goodbye to one another. There were some amazing people on her project, some she would never normally meet at all.

The afternoon rush of meetings was insane, always something happening with this executive or that, the wheels of business and government much more complicated than what Jane had imagined. After a good break over some amazing food and delicious wine, the group dispersed back to their business activities, Mari asking Jane to visit her office stand in the centre of the pavilion, passing Jane's company stand on the way, Dennis Hookes, Jane's boss stepping out greet Mari as he saw her approach, stunned to see Jane at her side, an inquiring look at Mari met with, "Hi Dennis, you gave this amazing girl the day off today, so my office was quick to snap her up for internal duties with me, and thanks to her amazing performance yesterday, she's booked out to my office for the day, and I might even steal her away for good, so you better watch out", as she laughed with him, David immediately impressed by Jane's appearance and new status, him very aware of what she achieved yesterday, the whole place abuzz with her name, as he warmly shook hands with Mari, pointing out to Jane that two of her apartments were under offer already, at the price she had negotiated with the vendor, Jane whispering, "wow, thank you and who is on these contracts", she questioned, David taking her hand, giving her an envelope, with a big smile on his face, "all yours", he said with a grin, whispering for her open the envelope later on, and excusing himself as more new faces arrived to look over their properties for sale and lease.

Mari's office stand was the hub of business activity, assistants coming and going, fax machines going off, people on phones, business going off all around her, Mari showed her in, introducing her to other people on her team, a few inquiring looks as to her choice of assistant, one young lady taking an immediate dislike to her, Mari catching her words on the side, telling her to take a break for the day and return in a better frame of mind tomorrow, as it would be a very busy day, Mari offering stern advice to the rest of her people loudly to chin up and smile their way through it as she clapped her hands, her team returning to their work without another word. Mari showed Jane around, explaining the various functions within her team, The Chancellor of the Office of Business popping in, Mari greeting him, all eyes in him, a well-respected business professional himself of many years, a war veteran, also from realty roots, making his way up the ladder as everyone else did, he was the link between business and government, keeping the whole thing running smoothly, and he asked for Jane to take a walk with him to the entrance, he was keen to get an overview on her thoughts from yesterday as hostess, the job she did on everyone's lips, she looked amazing, even better today, just the fresh face and mind they needed on his team, it was he who approved earlier this morning her application to join Mari's team, and any request she made for personnel was worthy of a good look. It was more of an interview, the chancellor a very smart man in business, Jane answering him truthfully in everything he asked, her even being so bold to make a note on changes to the flyers and brochures, to help their guests next time around, him agreeing with her on some of her ideas, impressed by her sense of business vision and sharp eye for productivity and her infectious smile and charm, she would be a good asset indeed. He thanked her for her time, offering her his personal card and if she ever had any questions simply call his office, he firmly shook her hand as he left, telling her that Mari would fill her in on the details, once again welcoming her to his team.

She remained at the entrance on her own, handing out brochures to the incoming guests as no one was minding the stand, Mari coming to find her a half an hour later as she hadn't returned. She immediately called for more assistants, as Jane confirmed the numbers were getting up, more people should walk around handing out information, offering a grand smile, and more chilled Rose'. Mari patted her hand whispering, "good girl, you are a gemstone", and kissing her on the cheek as she left telling her she would be right back. She returned shortly afterwards, stealing a handful of other consultants who might have service potential, placing them at the entrance on both sides, and on the walkways, swapping them out regularly, asking them to greet everyone and smile their hearts out, Jane showing them for ten minutes how to do it as Mari looked on in amazement, she was oozing personality, a shining diamond in the pool of service-based industry.

When the formalities were done, Mari left her stand for her team to pack up for the next day, an early start for everyone, including Jane, another busy day ahead, on Mari's team and showcasing her own company's properties, Mari arranging for high profile guests to be seated strategically around the room during her sessions, she now had only two to present, one now closed as the schedule had to be changed due to something going wrong today, the seating already allocated to bookings, walk-in guests having to sit or stand at the back if they were late. She called Jane aside, asking her to open the envelope David had given her, keen to know what was in it. Jane took it out of her bag and handed it to her, refusing to open it now, Mari holding on to it for later, asking if she had any plans for the evening, Jane's heart in her mouth and blushing, hoping she might stay with her another night, almost jumping for joy, not daring to ask her but hoping she would, the grin on her face sign alone that Mari was welcome. They went back to the VIP tent, finding more food and Rose' still available, which they relaxed into, Mari getting some waves and thanks from people she knew as they left, her office doing a great job, her team shuffling things around as one major sponsor had to pull out without notice this morning, causing absolute chaos, the reason Jane got the day off. She was offered a box of Rose' as she left, Jane offering to carry it out for her, laughing over their well deserved prize as they left, Mari calling for her car, then relaxing in the back on the way out, Mari making some calls about the day and the next morning, Jane taking notes on some changes to a few small items in her pile of stuff to do, Mari looking at her in admiration, taking her hand tightly in Jane's lap, her big test passed with flying colours, the head of business operations in government loving her work and her personality and character, making a place for her in the secretarial pool available but limited to certain assignments only til she proved herself, him confident she would perform exceptionally well, his confidence in Mari to guide her properly and give her the best training they could offer.

They arrived at Jane's apartment, traffic now busy and the drive taking longer than usual, Mari booking a pickup for the next morning before the driver left, Jane kicking at her door to close it after they went in, them both collapsing on the couch, dropping their bags and boxes, Jane kicking her shoes off and collapsing, tossing her jacket across the room, Mari tossing hers at Jane, covering her with it, Jane laughing in hysterics from underneath it, glad the day was over. She got up leaving the jacket on her head, Mari giggling away at her as she took the box of Rose' to the chiller, getting a fresh one out, popping it with a bang and returning to the lounge finding Mari already down to her underwear, relaxing in comfort under the air-conditioner looking fabulous in what Jane had picked out for her, Jane stopping in her tracks, staring at her up and down, Mari patting the couch, wanting her company close now the workday was over. She put the bottle and glasses down then got down to her own underwear to match, dropping her clothes to the floor where she stood then turning around slowly watching her, Mari eyeing her playfully, wanting her on sight, the moment the lights went out a highlight of her day, her hand at Jane's crotch, pressing on her and feeling her squirm making her day.

Mari exhaled through her teeth, the thought in her head Jane was almost on fire for her work, this change in her life reaping rewards beyond comprehension for everyone she met, without her even aware, Mari inviting her with a sweep of her arm and a smile to go first, Jane with a beaming smile back at her and a deep breath, into the lead, casually walking into the function arena on day three, all that was missing was gladiators and trumpeteers, the atmosphere in the place electric, Jane calling out a loud, "helloooooo", as she walked in, lifting her arms into the air, a host of people approaching her at the door, everyone smiling or clapping, awaiting her instructions as she arrived, someone taking her bags to the admin stand, The Chancellor of the Office of Business greeting her warmly with a beaming smile as he took her bold greeting in both hands, "running the place already I see", he declared to her, his warm personality and business confidence shining through, Jane giving him a grand hug for a second or two after running to him, then quick to recall her place and bowing her head to him as she stepped backwards, The Chancellor laughing, "it's alright girl, be not afraid of me", he said looking at Jane with his infectious smile, Mari recognizing the youthful but mature genuine honesty trait in her, the very reason she was here, a genuine caring person with a sharp eye for business admin, the Chancellor, greeting her warmly, wishing her well on her day, winking at Mari as he left, laughing to himself and shaking his head, his immediate perception of her hidden by his smile, Mari had got it right, this girl was amazing.

Jane went to the admin stand, clapping her hands and shouting everyone breakfast on herself as she arrived, everyone but Mari standing around wating for orders then suddenly scrambling to the VIP food tent, Jane spinning around doing piroettes with her arms outstretched, the glint in her eye as she said to Mari, "see, I have them eating out of my hand already hun", feeling invincible like wonder woman (TM), Mari's hands over mouth, trying to control her laughter, Jane cracking a Rose' bottle with a bang, pouring two glasses from it, offering Mari one as she drank heavily from another, grabbing her free hand and leading her to the best breakfast they would have in a long time, day three of this event when everything happened, Jane in prime location and in charge of her own destiny today, her getting up to the podium in her suit, same as yesterday but she was now first, asking for quiet, she was now in-charge and calling cheers, her whole team raising their glasses in one voice, "cheers", and getting into breakfast, Jane going through the order of service for the day, Mari sitting there aghast, Jane taking over the place from the moment she strolled in, her confidence and personality drawing everyone to herself instantly, except for one, Mari noticing the upset girl from yesterday was absent, making a note to replace her immediately.

Questions were called for, Jane covering every possible scenario on the table, asking for her key admin people to take notes and focus on keeping it all straight and happy, the discussion keeping everyone awake and focused, input from every table as everyone got in on the job at hand, Jane asking for Mari to make a short presentation as she was the boss, Mari congratulating everyone for their efforts, Jane unnoticed as she clawed at her backside with her fingernails through her fine and borrowed satin suit, pulling out and snapping back her body hugging knickers with her fingers then running them underneath her and teasing her backside, Mari shifting slightly but her composure intact, looking at Jane as she gave her final orders for the day. Jane finished up with asking the Chancellor to speak to the group as he was seated before they all piled in like wild animals in a stampede, him welcoming everyone with granduer, an amazing and enthusiastic person himself, the mood well and truly set for the days proceedings. She called the meeting to order, them all vacating as quickly as they arrived, Jane happy to see them all run to their last minute details, bathroom or coffee or phones, 4 boxes of fresh brochures ready, the changes already made as she had suggested, her in amazement as she read them, her stunning photo on the back along with Mari and the Chancellor, all her questions on the flyers answered overnight, handing out boxes to the service team, showing them all how to smile and shine as she handed some out.

Mari returned to her stand, Jane having everything cracking, Mari standing there with nothing to do or worry about and drinking Rose' and coffee, morning tea already going around as the first guests for the day arrived, it was going to be huge, Jane already moving around on the floor, visiting every stand quickly and checking in with David, her time slots for her own presentations locked in, checking her video and photo projections when she got the call for sound and video check, Mari and some other key people watching in as she checked in and went through her presentations, the sound and video team making slight adjustments, her main presentation was a key slot, everything needing to be checked off, no hiccups allowed on her time slot, David admiring her work as he stood at Mari's side, her greeting him with, "I told you i'm stealing her away", she said to him with a grin, followed by, "you will need to go find another angel", David not overly happy with what was going to happen with his prized employee, Mari telling him that no money in the world was going to change her mind after today, as she shook his hand, bidding him goodbye and left him to himself, David watching Jane sell his best and premium real estate options for the last time, without an audience, wondering how she was ever going to be replaced, returning to his stand with a bottle of Rose' and one glass as he left. He already knew there was no way she was going to stay on in realty sales, even at the top of the food chain, Mari dangling a perfect carrot under her nose, and giving her ample chance to make a mess of it, Jane leaping forward with the baton, running the race as only she could, David smiling to himself, there would be a lot of inquiries until her face was removed from the listings website, her numbers unbeatable, no other realty consultant or agent even close to what she was bringing in. He would be forced to promote her to partner or co-director if she ever wanted to return to selling, the reality sinking in him that she was on her way out to greener and higher pastures, somewhere he was never going to go in his own career, something clicking into gear in her very recently, vexed as he was unable to put his finger on it.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please, The Deputy Director of the Government Realty Governing Body, Mari De Joure", Jane giving her name a big shout and with a slight accent, Mari gladly approaching her across the stage in front of just about everyone possible, them hugging tightly then greeting each other with a lingering kiss, rousing applause as they came together intimately, loud whistleing and wolf cheers from the gathered crowd, the girls playing along, bending to half knee together, and holding hands as they leant forward sideways cheek to cheek, beaming smiles and holding each other as they stood up, Jane then giving her front row seat and standing back and beaming with happiness, Mari giving her first electric keynote address, and it was absolutely fabulous.

The noise afterwards lifted the roof, Jane immediately into her first property of three, calling her director, David Hookes to the podium, David was seated, not expecting to be called up, rousing applause as he stood up and quickly made his way there, Jane doing her sales thing in grand style, Mari watching on as she wooed the gathering, all eyes on hers, you were crazy if you didn't buy her houses for sale, mesmerizing everyone with her sharp business skills and innocent mysterious charm and those vivid green eyes of hers. Jane asked for him to drop the side screens off cue, the video team scrambling as it was off script, Jane intent on giving an eyefull in HD before they saw anything else, the videos of the highest quality, clapping from the onlookers as she went through each apartment in fine detail, taking her time to elaborate on all the benefits of each home, people already calling out dollar values as she decribed the paint on the walls in the kitchen, no auction booked for the day at this venue, David offering to hand on all offers, someone yelling out, "one million", and standing up with his hand in the air, the whole room in an uproar, Jane throwing her hands in the air, "let me finish please", everyone laughing and applauding the buyer at his very low price as a starter. They settled down quickly urging Jane to show all her properties which David nodded she could do, so she jumped out of queue again, the video team now cursing her as they realigned the script to keep up with her, the production team boss telling them to shut up and let her get on with it, eager to see her finish, she would make an awesome on location reader or weather girl on television.

Jane then as her fineste finale, showed the video of her on the balcony of her last property in Spain, overlooking a grand scene of the rivera and river delta below it as the sun was above, the view just stunning and draw dropping, the white walls against her burgundy satin and silk suit, Mari now realising what she had worn, then handing out trays of bird seed as hundreds of wild doves and pigeons flocked to her balcony, smashing at her offer of a free feed and fresh water, the whole property immaculate inside and out as she walked through it meticulously, not a blade of finely manacured grass out of place, even over looking the golf course, the owner selling up to move to Switzerland to work for the United Nations on world health, the property a joy retreat for a pro golfer working the European summer circuit or a government executive, a fine home away from home, Jane even lining up a Tee shot in the back yard on the private driving range as she spoke, everyone holding their breath, her smashing the ball straight with an iron into the distance, the cheer from the golf pro coach at her skill with the club, everyones eyes on her thighs or backside as she swung at the ball in her golf gear, very short and showing all her curves nicely, Mari glued to the back of her thighs in the slow motion golf swing video, the house equipped with staff and house-keepers, what more could you want, her even sliding into the Jacuzzi with a bottle and glass of Rose in one scene, Mari stunned and catching her breath as she watched her slowly walk down into it, her Burgundy suit turning a sparkly shade of purple as it slowly got fully soaked from the legs up, Mari recalling some of her first words with her as she watched the scene from the side and caught her breath, her blood pressure rising from recent memories of them doing exactly that, more whistles from the crowd, Jane backing away, her hands to her face as she blushed, forgetting it was in her presentation, the crowd was now standing room only, people cramming together to see what all the fuss was about, Jane getting a riotous standing ovation, another man standing up declaring, "where do I sign", without even mentioning a price, David raising his eyebrows as it was getting out of hand, if only he had put her through auctioneers school he thought to himself as Jane finished her presentation, bowing to the onlookers and inviting them all back to her company's stand for refreshments, offering for David to take the stage in closing as she stood down, her mind on Mari and her next keynote speech just thirty minutes away in another room.

David rushed away when the fuss was over to prepare his stand, not even close to being ready for the stampede, his team in shock as he came running, wishing Jane was here, no one else even close to her calibre, calling for refreshments of food and drink for his guests, a flock of people around suddenly, the brochures highlighting where it was for some reason, he thought about that later, Jane turning up behind him, patting his hand and smiling at him as she took to the box, asking for and answering questions, Mari agaze and awe-struck at her after following her silently to watch her go about her work, thinking about them both getting soaking wet in their work suits, absolutely sizzling hot, the feel of themselves skin on skin and their hot kissing, Jane closing out her properties with grand offers before she had even finished on one of them, handing over to David as she concluded her work there, slinking out the back to Mari, taking her hands in hers, their eyes once again, green on blue, asking her how she went. "Just perfect", was Mari's response as she handed her the contract to work envelope, already stamped by the powers to be, just needing her signature, her salary huge, going to the head of marketing and advisory office under Mari, straight off the bat, as her personal advisor and admin, Mari finding out about her double degree in marketing and digital media, something Jane had never mentioned about herself., way beyond the scope of a mere secretary or gun realty sales consultant.

The day went by smoothly, hundreds of perople turning up as was the usual case at this event on day three, Millions in cash turning over from this one event on this one day in realty sales, Jane doing an outstanding job in everything she did, the committee sending her bunches of flowers a few days later to her home, Mari buying her a bunch of fine roses, the spray of her perfume giving away who the sender was, Jane overwhelmed by gifts and well wishers as the days activities ceased, the place having to close, close to its licence time, thousands spent today on fine food and beverages, Mari sending Jane home on her own with her driver, staying back to meet with the event management committee, organizers and sponsors, then catching a cab back to Jane's when the meetings were over, a simple debrief, everyone relieved over the days results, the best ever event yet.

Jane was lounging in the Jacuzzi in her suit as usual when Mari got home to see her, then plunging straight in on top of her fully dressed and in her shoes, without hesitating upon finding her in there, Jane screaming out as Mari fly tackled her, dunking her fully, their mouths meeting on the way up, Jane wrapping around her shoulders and pulling her jacket down her back locking her arms back, hugging her tightly and squealing for joy now she was back as they surfaced, overjoyed to have her in her arms once again. Jane jumped out grabbing the monclers from the line, now dry and ready to get soaking wet once more, this time her in white, her shirt and jacket quickly off, leaving her pants on, Mari following her lead, monclers on and zipped up to their chests, cleavages out and pressing against each other, kissing for their lives as they went under, mouth to mouth and hands to breasts as they slowly submerged, getting back down to private business once again, Jane loving the white moncler getting soaking wet while she was wearing it, Mari looking great in deep red and soaking wet, her hand to her mound through her pants pressing on her and pleasuring her, Mari responding in like fashion, the only thing missing was rain Jane thought to herself then she had another thought.
