Driving home clouds really started to gather and soon the skies opened in a downpour. Lucky for me that meant I would have to park my my car in the driveway and walk up to the front door in the rain. Stepping out of the car wearing a light blue long sleeve shirt over gray wife beater, jeans, and black Old Navy boxer briefs I immediately started to feel the heavy rain drops pelt me all over

Of course I took my time making sure the car was locked, walked carefully up the driveway and stood out from the porch to get my house keys out of my pocket. By the time I got in the door the shirt was quite damp and almost soaked though on the shoulders. The jeans were showing the drops of rain the shoes were still dry and my hair, while wet, still mostly presentable.

Dumping the keys, iPhone and wallet in the house went out the back door back into the rain storm, standing under the overflowing gutter I got my shirt and wife beater drenched. After a few more moments the jeans, shoes and socks were sloshing water as well. A little cool but felt great to do this! Stripped own to the wife beater and boxers before going back in and getting under a warm shower.

As I write this, in dry wife beater and boxer briefs, the clothes I was going to wear out tonight with friends are dripping wet in the bottom of the tub, shoes are soaked and in the garage. Rain is predicted to last though the evening so might get lucky enough to get caught in another downpour!
