I just a new porthole football jersey. The use and care instructions instructions say, "Wash in cold water, no bleach, tumble dry, do not iron."

Now this jersey was made to be worn on a football field, get dragged and slammed into the dirt, get rained on, get coated with mud and getting hosed-down before going to the locker room and showered in to rinse off the last of the mud.

"Wash in cold water, tumble dry"??? Really?
