I used to get wet in shorts and t-shirts, mostly. But the best experience was my when I got my first football shirt. It was the manchester united home shirt (which is being modelled in my photos!) and at the time it was really shiny and baggy. I loved the feel of it and decided as soon as I got it that I was definitely going to have to get it wet.
I also had some silk boxer shorts and paired it up with them for a night in the tub, one evening when my parents were out and wouldn't be back until the early hours.

I remember thinking about it all day long, the anticipation was immense and I couldn't wait for my parents to leave! As soon as they had gone I went and changed. I was worried they might come back, so I waited about 20 minutes until I was sure they weren't. Then I went a ran a bath.

I stood in the water and very slowly, lowered myself in, feeling the water creep up my boxers and then up the bottom of my shirt as amazing. It was so slippery and stuck to my skin, eventually I slid all the way down and let the warm water soak in. The colour change was pretty cool to, by boxers went dark blue, my shirt was darker and shinier and the feeling of it floating around me was the best thing ever. I must have stayed in there for over an hour, just enjoying the feeling of being wet. Then standing up everything clung to me and my love of wet footy kit was born.
