Messy In (Mostly) White!

By now you may or may not have seen the photos I posted earlier today. I'll get the video uploaded eventually, but I figured I'd give them some backstory in the meantime!

First off, everything you see getting messy in those pictures was purchased less than an hour before. That's right: everything I was wearing was BRAND NEW. I knew I wanted name brands, although the Brooks were a last minute audible. I was looking for something a little cheaper but no one had anything suitable in stock, so I went expensive. I would make this choice again honestly.

The hoodie was also not exactly what I was looking for. I wanted one with a big Nike logo on the front but I knew I wanted it to be white and again, that was all I could find in white. It was extremely comfortable and soft inside, almost to the point I felt bad about what I was going to do with it.

The socks were a late addition too. There's no real reason behind it other than it seemed like it would be fun.

In all, you're looking at about $200 in new clothes, slowly being trashed in the tub.

Now, the results: the hoodie stained relatively badly, especially the strings for some reason. I ran it through the washer 3 times and the grape juice and hot sauce were just too much for it. It definitely won't be worn outside, but will be used again in the future. The sweatpants washed just fine. The socks were absolutely trashed and there was absolutely no saving them, which I expected: I hit my feet hard. The Brooks were mostly ok, although the hot sauce stained the white material on the tongues and the rubber on the soles is slightly discolored.

This might've been my all time favorite session to date. Hope you all enjoy the photos, and like I said I'll get the video up whenever I can!
