Soooo, don't know if anyone really reads any of this but I like writing it out. I am beyond happy right now. You see I have ALWAYS wanted Hunter rain boots but haven't really started dreaming about them realistically until about 2 weeks ago. Bryce and I were at Friendly's, a family restaurant chain, with our two daughter's getting dinner and ice cream. That place is always pretty packed. There was another family in a booth near us and the wife was pretty hot. She was petite, blond, and was wearing what I think is the color Navy Hunter rain boots, tight blue jeans and some windbreaker. She had to get up a few times to chase after her kids, as any parent of little ones knows is usual. It was hot. And, because she was pretty short, the boots came up al the way to her knees. I love that. And when there is some space in the calf area. Do you know what I mean? Well, these boots I ordered are 18 inches high and will probably hit me at the top of my calves.
The moment I saw that mom at Friendly's knew that I had to have a pair of Hunter wellies. I have always loved the way they look, and have usually pictured me having the glossy black or matte black tall boots. But I always get black and am looking to incorporate more color into my wardrobe.

We got a bunch of red jackets recently. One is a red Rocawear sporty jacket that is fitted and falls at the top of my hips. It has a big 'R' patch on the chest and is not typical of my style. The other new red one is from the Juniors section at Burlington Coat Factory. I am really happy about being able to shop in the juniors section again because you can find really cute jackets for not a lot of money. This jacket will probably not survive much. I think I paid $10 for it on clearance. It is short and falls at my waist. It's down (but thin, and fake) and has a brown fur trim hood. It's cute. The third red jacket I own is an ADIDAS windbreaker with black stripes.

So I very much want these wellies but they are very expensive. It's one thing to spend $50 bucks on nice wellies and another thing to spend $150. I changed my thought on my UMD profile to ask if anyone was interested in buying me Hunter boots. A special fan of ours offered and I ordered them fom VIP zappos. I get free one day shipping. Yay!
I can't wait to see how they look. This pic is just something from a Google Images search. I can't wait. I believe Hunter boots would be able to withstand quite a bit of abuse
