The video starts and shows Ira in her kitchen again, this time wearing her black high neck dress and black boots.

"Hello!" Says Ira with a big grin.

"This is my second blog and I want thank all of you for your emails after my first and your kind words about how you enjoyed me getting that pie I made in the face!" Ira giggles.

"I always enjoying getting a pie in the face as you know but knowing I was going to show that one to you all made it a lot better! I got a lot of advice from you on how to make it better as well and I am following it today!" Ira grins

"First some of you thought that I should dress up more for a pie so today I have on my smart dress and I have done my hair and makeup" Indeed Ira's hair is freshly done and her makeup perfect.

"Some of you others thought it important that what I wear be in contrast to the pie. So I am wearing my dark dress and am going to make a pie from sour cream and apple sauce this time. In fact let's make that pie."

Ira takes a sponge base "Here we go again with the sour cream, we fill up the base, like this... then we put the apple sauce over the top... getting it nice and even." Ira uses a spatula to spread out the stewed apple sauce.

"So there we are! Another nice pie!" Ira grins slightly shyly holding the pie in one hand.

"Some of your emails also said I should get more mess out of a large pie like this so I will try that as well" explains Ira, she then just looks down at the pie, uses her free hand to smooth down the front of her dress, looks up at the camera and grins nervously... then slaps the pie in her own face!

There is a large amount of sour cream and stewed apple splattered down the front of Ira's dress. Ira hold the pie still on her face for a moment and then slowly smears it up into her hair so that the sponge base ends up on top of her head! Ira's face is thickly plastered in the mess from the pie. Ira pats the pie down onto her head. Ira opens her mouth to gasp and then giggles while wiping her eyes.

"That was great! And what a large mess!" laughs Ira looking down at her front "I hope you all like my new hairstyle and hat!"

"Ok well I need a shower and to wash my dress! I hope you all enjoyed that. Let me know if you thought that was better this time and I hope to see you all soon"
