Impromptu conference call... from the bathtub.

Sometimes the urge to get soaking wet or messed up can override my best logic and prim & proper side, and this is a story of one of those moments I had in the past...

It was a normal work week for me, and it being a Friday I was ready to relax for the weekend. I work at an office, and we mostly work on IT support for various companies, kind of like a jack of all trades support team. Generally I like to dress professionally, but with a splash of cute style to my look when I'm at work. Today was no different.

I was wearing a pleated grey wool skirt that was knee length complimented with some dark pantyhose, a dark short sleeved blouse with a frilly neckline, and a pair of pink leather heels that were about two inches high. Putting my long red peacoat on I threw my white leather handbag over my shoulder and lifted my heavier black leather briefcase with my other hand. As I got ready to leave for the day I quickly tossed a few report binders into the briefcase but left my laptop in its docking station at my desk.

Taking the train home I could tell that I was feeling quite horny... but that's only part of the story. I hadn't had a nice soak in a couple of weeks at that point, and I had been browsing the forums quite often that week when I was at home. Being complimented on my outfit at the team meeting that day by my cute team lead (herself being quite a fashionable lady as well!) also made me feel pretty bashful... I knew that I was going to end up in the bath before I even left the office.

Stopping at my connecting station to grab a large coffee in the local shop I headed home, arriving just around sunset. I live alone, so I didn't have to worry about anyone interrupting my fun. I can admit I was a bit in a daze due to my arousal, so I headed upstairs and started filling the bath, still fully shod.

As the bath was filling I decided to turn on the shower, set my coffee down on the side, and without really thinking about the consequences, and not even setting aside my coat or my bags, I stepped into the filling bath and under the spray of water... and it felt so, so good! The warm water started drenching my coat, and it took a while for the water to even permeate the thick fabric layers, but it started going underneath it at the neckline as it soaked my cute blouse and flowed over my bra. My skirt started to cling to my legs and water ran off it in streams into the bath below.

Feeling so euphoric I took my citrus scented shampoo and started washing my hair, letting the wonderful fragrance envelop me as the soap began to flow over my clothes making everything slightly slick and slippery... I was feeling extremely hot at this point, as you can probably expect!

At this point I dropped both my handbag and my now heavy briefcase into the bath with a small and larger splash, content to let them float in the soapy water. Paying them no mind I started fondling my chest and gently rubbing myself down below through the skirt. I probably spend a good ten minutes slowly bringing myself to a peak before slowing down before I got too far, teasing myself as it were as I knew I wanted to be fully submerged before I went overboard.

Satisfied that I was well and truly soaked I turned off the shower and looked at myself in the mirror across the bathroom. I was quite a mess, clothes soaked and clingy, my coat fully saturated, hair dishevelled, my makeup a bit runny on my face. I felt lovely...

I primped my clothing as I slowly settled down into the bath, letting myself be immersed to just below my breasts in the warm water. I had to move my bags a little as I pushed them with my feet towards the end of the bathtub, my heels pressing against the leather sides to move them along through the water. For a while I just laid there enjoying the wetness in a state of quiet bliss, occasionally sipping my coffee. I don't know how long that lasted, but it was interrupted by a ringing sound.

At first I thought it was my house phone in my bedroom, but I quickly realized it was the sound of my smartphone... which was submersed in my handbag at the end of the bath. I've had a water resistant model for years now thankfully. Moving a little in my restrictive clothes I lifted my bag out of the water and unzipped it. It was quite messy inside with my things all soggy and tatty.

I pulled out my phone and saw that it was... a coworker? Me and her had been working on some plans at work the past two weeks, so I was curious as to why she called me. I thought about letting it go to voicemail, but knowing that it may be urgent I gave in and picked up.

What I didn't expect was to be in a three-way conference call with another coworker, and I learned that they were reviewing a report to prepare for a weekend staff meeting on the Sunday! They asked if I could offer some points on the aforementioned report, and I said I could give them some details. It was at this point I realized my mistake...

While I did indeed have a copy of the report on my person, having grabbed it the day before, it and several other report copies were in my briefcase... which was currently floating half submerged at the end of the bathtub... I mouthed 'Oh dear.' to myself quietly as I realized my predicament. But I had to try and see if I could look at it.

I told them I would 'go and grab it' and put the call on mute, and then proceeded to lift my waterlogged briefcase up and into my lap. It was extremely heavy, and as I opened the many zipped compartments to find the specific report I could see many soaked documents, expensive pens and stationary, my company badge fob, and lots of other loose items floating around inside. What a disaster...

Finding the report binder I lifted it out, the wet paper dripping back into the water. I opened the cover, and could see that the paper was still readable, although very soft and soggy. I tested turning the pages individually, and as long as I was very gentle I could sift through the document. I sighed, deciding that while it was a mess, I could do this...

Not having a desk in front of me, I did the next best thing: I carefully took off my heavy peacoat and folded it up a little. I placed the folded up coat in my lap to let it float on the surface of the water and placed the binder on top. It was a very clever impromptu table!

I unmuted the phone, and we spent a good thirty minutes discussing the report, as well as other work related tidbits and casual banter as I took sips of my now lukewarm coffee. All the while I was being professional and calm, firmly in 'work-mode' as I discussed the report. I felt utterly ridiculous given my current situation, but I held up my prim state until the call ended. We said our goodnights and promised to talk on Monday at the morning meeting over coffee.

After I ended the call I kind of sat there staring at the phone for a little bit, then at the ruined report on top of my soaked coat. I felt so silly.. here I was submerged in the bathtub, my work clothes, heels, expensive coat, my purse, even my leather briefcase soaking wet and bobbing around in the soapy water, yet I was just behaving like I was at work with my team...

The very thought made me giggle for a long while, which quickly escalated to fondling my chest as I slipped a hand underneath my skirt and into my pantyhose and panties... and I guess you can guess how that went!

These are the kind of situations that happen to me from time to time. When you love to get soaked, and end up in reckless situations such as these, you leave yourself open for unexpected things to happen. I hope you all enjoyed this blog post. Feel free to comment or to click a love!
