For those of you that may not know me but want to read this, I just won a disability case I've been fighting for the past 3 years! I don't really go into it in detail in my profile, but its pretty plain that I suffer from a lot of physical illnesses. I don't like to make a big deal about it, but I include it because its a part of my day by day, minute by minute life. If you meet me in person, you will probably see me hunched over on the floor at SOME point. This is sadly just as normal for me when I eat food as when you fart after a good meal.

The definitive list if you're curious is Crohn's disease, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, full body psoriasis, testicular cancer, GERD, something similar to Reynaud's, mild neuropathy of the legs, and high anxiety disorder.

So, needless to say I've needed some pretty powerful drugs and racked up some pretty insane medical bills. My wife Carrie and I just cried out earlier how fucked we were when we found a bunch of other bills we lost in our move. Two years of some back taxes (local and state thankfully), over $20k in hospital copays alone, two months back rent, etc...things were getting dark. Things are still dark. None of the meds really seem to help (except for strangely certain strains of pot like Harlequin and Jesus) so I might still end up kicking the bucket at any time, but at least now I can pay some things off and leave Carrie in the black instead of the red...hopefully. Also, in a few months, I will be able to get health treatments out of my state since I will no longer be limited to Medicaid (Seattle and pot here I come)!

So I'm still poor as fuck for awhile longer, and still fighting to hold down everything I eat, but this is a huge, HUGE victory for us.
