Explain the soapy wetlook

You get to know a person. Friend (woman or man), or romantic relationship. This person has some pleasant points in her personality and in her physical. This person becomes so nice to look at. To be more attractive, toward herself and of others, this person you appreciate (or even love) is going to dress up with pretty clothes. It is this person who chooses them, who buys them and who wears them. So we can think that she likes what she has on.
When a person wears clothes, finally, it is not her who is benefiting the most of them, but those who come across her and who watch her. The time of the wetlook, therefore, is a time of relaxation and intimate head-to-head between the person who loves her clothes, and these clothes. It is their time between them ! For example a pretty girl in a blouse, who is going to get wet, and feel the caress of the wet cloth on her, even a this simple level she feels it so nicely. Where this will become even more pleasant and moving, it is if the girl pours the soap on her blouse, rubs it and soaps it. In some ways, it's like if the girl was in love physically with her blouse, in a symbolic way, or in any case a big hug. This is another way for the girl to visit her clothes. By doing this she is taking care of her blouse without damaging it, and transforms it for a moment in a spectacular way, when her blouse is full of soap and foam. She feels the fabric under her hands, the smallest details everywhere she goes to rub. And it is very cute to look at, in addition to be fun and sensual. It is very artistic and poetic. This is not dirty. This is not degrading or humiliating. It is nice, sweet and respectful. It is moderate and measured. In some areas of the countryside and village where old traditions, "gentillettes", are still alive, there is an example of what is called "the monome" (and other names). People are wet all dressed, this is done in several places of Europe, for example Portugal, Germany, some of the Eastern Countries. It may also refer to the "foam parties", "mousse parties" in French, schaumparty in German, shuimparty in Dutch.
Imagine two young adults, a young strikingly beautiful woman and a pleasant young man. They are together. And then a sweet moment, tender and naughty, happens. The boy said to his girlfriend, my heart, I love the way you are dressed today, gently push her in the shower nicely, and let go on his fantasy.
