We'll I will just dive right in. The 6 Ps, perfect planning prevents pish poor performance. I think it's really simple to follow. But remember the key word in this, "prevents". If you truly want to be the best you need to risk everything. Experts say it takes 10 thousand hours to perfect 1 specific skill (yes that means a success rate of 10 out of 10) this to me is ridiculous but realistic. When it comes to planning you have to define your aims and objectives. Ask yourself what do I need to get through this? And list everything you could possibly need, from there put in the effort to meet every target. there is a few hurdles in this process, the one I will address is the opponent in one's head. The worst thing you can do in competition is doubt yourself. This is where a coach can come into play, the reality of it is you can have all the knowledge in the world about the subject you still need other ways of unlocking somebody's true potential. The average human can excel at any task if they have the right mindset, the pace of progression should be monitored. Basically from a coaching point of view if you can express a positive attitude to a person's way of thinking you will het better results. The best way of doing this is learning from mistakes. Get the message across that they made a mistake but not to dwell on it but to move forward from it. If you can find success in mistakes then you are laughing, that is the attitude that unlocks the true potential of anyone.

Looking back to the 6 Ps all of what I have said is part of the planning proccess. Attention to detail and a strong definition will give a greater chance for perfection, thus preventing your pish poor performance

I will wrote a new blog at some point covering aims objectives and the definition as it is something I have learnt alto from and would make knowing your targets much easier.

Thanks again for reading
