So we've made it to another year, and I couldn't be more excited. As the years wear on, our momentum seems to just multiply. It's because our community is getting more mature and even more tolerant and supportive of each other. More than ever we understand that this doesn't have to be so serious, and we're all just here to have fun and get a break from the real world.

The other reason is that technological barriers are breaking down, and massive levels of equipment aren't required for the beautiful people, and the people with real talent, to shine and show us their stuff! It's great for us too, cuz we can offer more bandwidth and storage to support you. We've just turned on private and public video chats, and early this year we will bring them to the virtual sites, too. It'll be up to the models and producers to decide fun ways to use it!

I also haven't forgotten about "name your price" downloads, and a tip jar for folks who put up free videos. I'll add coupons and a form of site memberships. We'll also get the ability for producers to set up a private download, so only a specific person can see it and buy it. It's not just about UMD though... I still have lots of work to do overhauling Messygirl.com and Leonmoomin's sites (thanks so much for your patience guys). Those guys are in the process of moving some of their classic content over to UMD, and I cannot wait to see more of it here! I'm also in talks with some other veteran producers (you know who you are!), so look for some exemplary stuff to show up in the stores this year.

What I look forward to the most is seeing our little community continue to develop, and keep proving me right that you don't need to overwhelm people with draconian rules and pop-up ads to have a successful site. The more freedom you give people, the more empowered they will be, and they'll participate more and keep each other in line, because they actually give a shit. It's a beautiful thing. So here's to you guys, and here's to 2015!
