I gave this a quick Google and struggled to find a house listing with an existing gunge tank. Where are they all? I know I'd be more interested in buying a place if the gunge tank was already in there.

You're very unlikely to find any kind of fetish facilities listed in a house for sale ad, beyond sometimes there being a basement or other extra room of no obvious purpose which has potential. Any estate agent will try and keep things as bland as possible, because they all believe that's what the market wants. A gunge tank is more "furniture" than "fittings", if the seller has one they'll take it with them to the new place.
"After walking away from the first two properties I thought the very well appointed property number 3 would tick all of James and Sally's boxes, as well as coming in well under their 450k budget. But James's obsession with the lack of that all important built -in gunge tank has thrown yet another spanner in the works!"

Dude, I have the same problem. Do you know how hard it is to find a property with a crematorium in the basement? I really don't want to have to go through all the hassle of building one...again.
I think your best option will be looking for properties with a 'wetroom' style bathroom- a sealed floor with central drain, which'll be the most WAM friendly type of room that you'll typically see listed.
