For my perfect session which I've luckily experienced in my eyes, I was wearing a leather jacket and a smart office outfit and heels, now at the time I was not planning to get the outfit or heels wet or messy at all, was not sure how it would handle it. But a friend of mine who did WAM had hired out a gunge tank for something they were planning and asked me as a fellow Wammer would I be willing to be the guinea pig in the tank. We spoke about outfits, colour of gunge and so forth, when I arrived in this outfit, they said this wasn't one of the outfits but if you are going in the tank dressed like that is amazing. I tried to get out of it, but knew me too well and also knew eventually I'd get messy in it so thought why delay the inevitable.
The outfit & heels by the time I had finished being gunged was a multi colour canvas of mess. As I tried to get myself ready out of the tank to get cleaned up, my friend said not done yet, got a few other things we need to try. They proceeded with various other substances from custard, gravy and confetti to foam & and various other substances like cream, yoghurt, ice cream, melted chocolate & more. They were roadtesting as many substances for the tank for what they were doing, but wanted to ensure I experienced everything.
To finish off me was a deep wash to satisfy the wet side of me, the outfit & heels needed several washes to get me to wear it again but was salvageable despite how much I was determined to not WAM it on this occasion, shows sometimes we can't avoid the inevitable.
At the time I felt strongest about my WAM feelings & experiences then so for me it felt amazing wearing clothing & footwear I enjoy wearing when I can whether be for WAM or not, to do such a session, like I had been gunged and covered in various substances to just doing a wet session as a fully clothed crossdresser, but this level of session felt like starting the day in said outfit, going through everything on offer whether be candy, mostwam, liquidx or wherever and ending the day in it, having done so many sessions.
In the end something I didn't expect became perfection in more ways than one.
