VHS buyers beware, the age of any VHS tapes depending on how they've been stored could run the gamut.
Highly recommend transferring any VHS media to digital. Conversely they could be completely fine. Magnetic tape can be a crap shoot.

This is a very good point, mine were stored inside a box, in the back of a draw in my office. So they've got a good chance.
I still have my vhs tapes of various sorts, I keep them more for having them than watching them, the same applies to these, its like having the physical collectable like a movie prop.
