I can't think of any/many that could afford to do that every year, from the US, never mind those from the UK or elsewhere. Might I suggest, that it might be made like the Olympics and held every two or four years, the next one being in the UK, before reverting to the US two years later, maybe somewhere more north-easterly, say Chicago?
I'm working on the assumption that the next one I'll be able to get to will be the big 25th, but given the UK has regular splunches all over the place it would be good for there to be a regular gathering in the USA. And as someone said, Vegas is a great place to do slightly wilder stuff, no-one asks any questions as long as you pay and don't trash the place. I really did like being there, would love to go back.
Every year is too often. You want it to be special and not played out.
Vegas is great because flights are so dang cheap. They subsidize the airport taxes and stuff. Hotels tend to be fairly cheap too for what you get because they want you to gamble.
I vote Las Vegas for the 25th anniversary! I have an amazing showgirl costume, so I'm pretty sure that I can blend into the crowd! (PS, it's not getting messy).
