Hey everyone, the Vegas get together is fast approaching and although I will not be there myself, wanted to do my part to help get things moving.
MM / Mods, please feel free to move this, but wanted to help get some traction for hopefully a wonderful time for people to meet in a public, safe environment and have a blast together!
I've been to a few of these in the past, and they have been absolute highlights in my time here. Generally speaking a few meet ups are arranged to try and get everyone together to meet each other and get to know one another. Traditionally, the "Whiskey Licker" at Binions across from the Golden Nugget has been our traditional haunt.
Other parts of the trip people break off into their own smaller groups to go places and do things they were interested in. For instance, I checked out a really cool little Sci-Fi prop museum at the end of Fremont with some peeps last time, and then went to Area 13 with another crew, and went to breakfast, dinner etc. with some different people on other nights.
There is a Discord being used for this event, and we have also used the GroupMe app in the past for people to communicate on the fly what they are up to and invite people out to whatever they are doing.
You choose your level of involvement!
A reminder that I think the Real ID law might be effect by the travel dates, so please keep an eye on that for travel. If you have a passport, or an enhanced Drivers License you should be golden.
I'm wishing everyone the absolute best time ever, and I'm really sad that there are a few things keeping me from being able to go see you all again.

Yeah the Sci-Fi prop museum was pretty cool. I definitely had fun hanging with you all that day.
Im Wamvet!! ill be there!! Ill be limited to what i can be involved in however due to work conflicts. Cant wait to see yall again and meet some new friends!!!
