Hey everyone, so I'll be shooting with everyone's favorite Pie Zone model, Karin, next week, and I have a burning question for you all: should it be a pie-first or slime-first scene????
I'll set the scene for you: Karin is visiting the Pie Zone offices to retrieve a check for the prize money she won on the show (remember she actually won $3,000). She's in good spirits, as full of herself as ever, and joking about the experience, until she realizes we don't intend to pay her. So she flies off the handle, insulting everyone and everything, and then....
Does she get pied or slimed first? What kind of pies or slime? I'm interested to find out what the majority want to see here.
Thanks!
P.S. In the second scene she'll be doing messy clown slapstick!
*All Of The Above LOL* of course that's the right answer!
I guess I just want to know how many slime-first fans are out there that really want a slime-first scene. Because obviously I'm pies-first, but c'mon...how can Karin not get an endless, chunky green sliming right from the start?
I picked up her last vid, my first purchase from you and was impressed by the production, the mess, her reactions, and I echo all the positive stuff others have said about your work.
My constructive (I hope) criticism: in the preview stills for that vid you showed her legs and she looked amazing in that dark sheer pantyhose. However, the video consisted only of the waist-up shot and closeup which is great for the pies in the face but totally wasted the rest of her outfit for us legs and hose fans.
You could appeal to a wider audience by cutting to a wider shot while she is clean and occasionally during the pie assault! Just one man's opinion!
Given the plot line you mentioned there's a great opportunity for some attention to Karin's lower extremities...maybe storm into the office and at some point sit down and do some leg crossing while she's being obnoxious. Then maybe some pouting and whining about her ruined outfit, adding to the humiliation factor and again, appealing to a wider segment of pie fans.
However it all turns out and what you decide to do, best wishes! Always great to see newer producers contributing to the genre. Thanks

This might've been a more appropriate poll, how many people are wishing there were wide angle shots in my videos! Seems like someone brings this up every thread. I've been considering getting another camera to capture just a wide angle shot and offer an unedited version of that. In time...cameras are expensive
Aside from that, I'm conceiving of ways to put the model in different positions, like a physical challenge from Double Dare, to get a full body shot within the 16:9 format. Something where they're laid out horizontally. I'll also be using a green screen in a few weeks for certain shots in a new show concept.
And lastly, I DO have some wide angle footage on my iPhone like this clip from the Rena video. So I could make a compilation of all my iPhone footage, if people would be interested in that.
Yeah I think if Karin's coming back (the first of my models to return), it's only right that she gets an endless YCDTOTV green sliming right from the start this time. Followed up with a good pieing, of course! It's funny, I love a good slime-first scene, but always seem to choose pies-first.
FYI- everyone that voted "ALL OF THE ABOVE" needs to check out Episode 3 of the Pie Zone if you haven't already! Karin has already experienced that
First I want to say how much I love your work. Your the most refreshing producer to shake up statuesque I've seen in the last decade. My only request is don't use water in you next shoot. I love it when the model is covered in complete mess the entire time. Keep up the incredible work.
Syphe

Thank you! That's funny that you mentioned water- I just used it today in my shoot for the 2nd time ever. I'm not crazy about using it, but sometimes the scene calls for it.
