It's normally bots that do this. If people report it, it should get shut down. Don't remove your channel, or if you do then only temporarily.

this seems like a user not a bot. they uploaded literally every single video and doubled the time to seem not copying. I've had to submit every link to them which takes a while.. I just want free content at good quality to my viewers, not to be impersonated by a loser living in his parents basement.

I cannot stress this enough - watermark your videos.

It won't stop piracy, but if someone does pirate, there's embedded proof it's yours. Plus, if someone who is a fan of yours comes across the watermarked video on someone else's channel, they can know it's not you, so they can notify you.
