That appears to be a picture of Eden who did a lot of work for Bill Shipton at Splosh, and was in quite a few of his videos... sadly they are no longer on sale since his death, however you may find some of the pictures on the "resurrected" Splosh Forum, which was brought in after the original died with his wonderful site.
