More like 20-22 years old at this point. I first discovered Clown Julie's website and pics in early 2000. She was among the very first WAM material I discovered outside of mainstream stuff I'd grown up watching.
Gillys silly house stuff was amazing with some great models and oh my ! Clown Julie was the best ! She had some wonderful sets and with some other models sometimes including sploshs sammy Jane and one of the best was her and miss Jones pieing and gunging each other in frilly dresses that's still floating around the web it's fantastic
My best memory was a full on sploshagirl session I had with her, one of the best experiences ever. That lady really knows how give and receive a really great sploshing, very little clothing survived

There is an FAQ which explains the system at the URL below, but the main thing to be aware of is that if you upload a "set" of images, and just one of them is classed as explicit, the whole set has to be rejected. When I'm checking the approvals if someone's uploaded one set that is obviously from say two different original sets, and one of the two doesn't have any explicit images, I'll try and let that one through while rejecting the other. Which is why in the case you mentioned, I let 2 of the 19 through, because they're fully clothed and looked to me to be from a different original set to the nude ones, though obviously this is a subjective judgement and we can get it wrong. And note multiple admins have access to the approval page, so while we try and be consistent there are bound to be variations.
The best way round is to become verified after which you can upload absolutely anything legal all the way to hardcore, but if unverified, basically you can only upload fully clothed images, and no see-through clothes. If female nipples or any gender genitals are visible in any image, OR it's obvious model was naked when image was made, even if you can't directly see their bits, the whole set will get nuked I'm afraid. This is a requirement of the billing providers so it's mandatory for everyone, and any site that handles payments.

The actual requirement is "Government issued ID", which for the majority of people in most Western countries will be a passport or driving license. MM stores them securely, encrypted, and off-line, so no risk of anyone "hacking" them.
If you read the FAQ I linked to it explains the reasons for this, trust me we hate it as much as you do - blame the dickheads who thought endlessly and anonymously uploading rape videos of teenagers to certain large Tube sites was a good idea, and said sites for not doing anything serious to put an end to it.

Fair enough, but in that case, keep all uploaded images to PG clothed WAM, and all will be well. TBH I suspect certain forces would like it to become a legal requirement, but that hasn't happened yet.
